You’ll run your own local branch with full support from our HQ team, blending business savvy with deep community care. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity best suited for someone ready to build something meaningful where they live. You’ll grow a local client base, host events, and represent our brand with integrity, love, and style.
We’re currently looking to expand in major states (and countries!) outside of California, New York, and Arizona.

Client Acquisition Specialists
Know everyone in your city’s queer scene?
You might be a perfect Love Recruiter. In this role, you’ll refer emotionally available, high-quality singles to our matchmaking network- whether you’re working remotely or showing up in-person at queer events.
You’ll stay visible in community spaces, identify amazing matches, and help expand our reach across cities.

Operations Assistant
You’re the calm within the beautiful chaos, the kind of person who remembers the tiny detail, hears the thing left unsaid, and makes people feel taken care of from the first email to the final match.
As our Operations Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Founders to manage day-to-day operations and guide clients through their matchmaking journey.
You’ll hold emotional space with ease, keep the backend running like clockwork, and ensure the entire experience, internal and external, feels thoughtful, luxurious, and deeply queer.
This is a part-time, remote role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is fluent in both logistics and empathy, and wants to grow with a mission-driven team that’s redefining how gay men find love.

Interns
(Future Matchmakers, Creatives, and Leaders)
We’re opening our doors to a select few interns who want to learn the art, soul, and strategy behind intentional gay matchmaking.
This isn’t a “sit on the sidelines” kind of internship. You’ll be inside the heart of a boutique agency, supporting client journeys, content, community, and day-to-day operations.
You’ll get hands-on experience in a business where intuition meets systems, and love is treated as sacred. Whether you’re drawn to relationship psychology, queer storytelling, brand strategy, or operations, there’s room for you here.
This is a remote, part-time internship designed for students, recent grads, or career-switchers who want to do meaningful work while learning from the inside out.
